What a lovely surprise
I love this house. Since a little girl I have been obsessed with this house.
I just found out crazy news about this house in Beverly Hills that I have passed my entire life. Seriously, I would drive by this house everyday on my way to work. Plus it’s right by my dads work, so even as a little girl I saw this beautiful house. I took pictures of this house back in like 2007 (got to find those fuckers), I was obsessed with this house. I thought it was the most beautiful, adorable house. I got very upset when the house was sold and is now being remodeled. This picture doesn’t do it justice. I remember 5 years ago my dad stopped in front of the house for me, just so we could admired the blossoming cherry trees that are not blooming in the picture above.
Yesterday I was on a website dedicated to Carole Lombard. I love her so much!!! While reading some articles, I came across this house. I found out this house I have been obsessed with, belonged to Carole Lombard ! What are the odds of me passing this house and falling in love with it, only to find out years later it belonged to someone I admire very much. It was a lovely surprise.
